The terms and conditions are as follows:

    We endeavour to provide accurate information on the website, but we do not provide any warranty or guarantee of its accuracy. You acknowledge that such information may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

    You acknowledge that using any information or materials from this website is at your own risk and that we shall not be liable for that use. It remains your responsibility to ensure that all products, services and information used by you meet your specific requirements.

    Unauthorised use of this website may give to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.

    Registration

    You must complete the customer registration process through the Site before placing an Order for Products through the Site. Any personal information that you give us will be held and used by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

    Customers must only create and maintain one account per person. The contact details provided must be active & valid

    Each customer registering online who has not joined the Taste Organic Loyalty Reward Program prior to the registration will automatically be registered for the Loyalty Reward Program at no cost. The details of the Loyalty Program can be seen below.

    Loyalty Reward Program

    Joining Taste Organic Pty Ltd Loyalty Reward Program is free and can be done in-store or online.

    Customer with Loyalty Reward Program Membership will receive 10% of every completed purchase amount, excluding loyalty point redemption, gift voucher redemption, or store voucher redemption. The loyalty dollar credit can be redeemed on your next purchase for selected range of products both online and in-store.

    The category of products that can be paid using loyalty credit on this website will be marked with a sign and/or description ‘loyalty items’. Currently, the product category on which the loyalty credit can be used against are ‘Household Essentials’, ‘Baby’, ‘Cosmetic & Personal Care’, and ‘Supplement’.

    We reserve the right to change the range of products on which the loyalty credit can be used against from time to time.

    Payment

    We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

    We take security very seriously so that you can purchase products from us in complete confidence. Your communication with our server is secured using 256 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Technology where your browser supports it. This means that your card details are encrypted when you transmit them to us.

    We do not store credit card information on our web server.

    Refund

    For any feedback or refund requests for online purchases, please contact us via email at: info@tasteorganic.com.au, or give us a call on (02) 8541 3899, or discuss with us in store.

    We will refund the full amount for any products that have not met our promise, so please don’t hesitate to contact us. The only thing we request is that our customers advise us within 14 days of purchase.

    Ordering & Order Collection for CLICK & COLLECT

    We reserve the right to cancel orders found to be fraudulent. Promotional offers are limited for use according to its terms and conditions and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.

    Quality issues with perishables resulting to refund or replacement needs to be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

    The minimum purchase amount for each pick-up order is $55 GST included

    Your order will be ready for collection at the selected time slot that you choose on the checkout page. If you require an earlier collection, please call us immediately at (02)85413899 to discuss alternative arrangement.

    If you do not collect your order within the booked collection window then the order will be cancelled and we may charge you a cancellation fee of $25. We will endeavour to contact you before we process the cancellation.

    After you have completed your transaction, you will receive a confirmation email from us. You will need to show this email for collecting your order. We may also require a valid photographic identification of the person collecting your order.

    You acknowledge that we may record the details of any identification provided in relation to the order collection.

    Ordering & Order Collection for HOME DELIVERY

    We reserve the right to cancel orders found to be fraudulent. Promotional offers are limited for use according to its terms and conditions and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.

    The minimum purchase amount for each home delivery order is $100 GST included

    We offer home delivery service to the following local postcodes only:

    From Cammeray store: 2059, 2060, 2061, 2062, 2063, 2064, 2065, 2066, 2067, 2068, 2088, 2089, 2090

    From Enmore Store: 2007, 2009, 2008, 2010, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2020, 2021, 2025, 2031, 2033, 2034, 2037, 2038, 2039, 2040, 2041, 2042, 2043, 2044, 2045, 2046, 2048, 2049, 2050, 2130, 2131, 2132, 2203, 2204, 2205, 2206, 2207, 2047

    During the strict lockdown period in Sydney, we temporarily offer home delivery service from our Enmore store to selected Western Sydney suburbs on TUESDAY and FRIDAY ONLY. Please note that due to the distance, we cannot guarantee AM or PM delivery time. However, the delivery would typically be done between 10AM to 6PM.

    All delivery orders to Western Sydney address selected for any other delivery day will be automatically reallocated to the next Tuesday or Friday, whichever is closest. The Western Sydney postcodes that we are currently delivering to are as follows: 2135, 2137, 2140, 2141, 2142, 2143, 2144, 2145, 2150, 2160, 2161, 2162, 2163, 2164, 2165, 2170, 2173, 2190, 2193, 2194, 2195, 2916, 2199, 2200, 2208, 2209, 2136, 2212.

    During the strict lockdown period in Sydney, we also temporarily offer home delivery service from our Enmore store to selected Southern Sydney suburbs on THURSDAY ONLY. Please note that due to the distance, we cannot guarantee AM or PM delivery time. However, the delivery would typically be done between 12PM to 7PM. All delivery orders to Southern Sydney address selected for any other delivery day will be automatically reallocated to the next closest Thursday. The Southern Sydney postcodes that we are currently delivering to are as follows: 2217, 2218, 2219, 2220, 2221, 2224, 2226, 2227, 2228, 2229, 2230, 2232, 2222

    The delivery fee is a flat rate of $15, which can be paid using your loyalty dollar

    Customer must provide the correct street address with the correct postcode. If the address provided is incorrect, the order will need to be picked up from the store or cancellation fee of $25 may apply.

    The delivery will be done within the time slot selected. No delivery will be done in the weekend and Public Holiday.

    We may engage a third party courier to do the home delivery and we may share your contact details with them. We will only share your name, phone number, and street address, which are necessary to enable them to reach you.

    By choosing to use our home delivery services, you have given us permission to share the necessary contact details to our third party courier.
