Joining Taste Organic Pty Ltd Loyalty Reward Program is free and can be done in-store or online.
Customer with Loyalty Reward Program Membership will receive 10% of every completed purchase amount, excluding loyalty point redemption, gift voucher redemption, or store voucher redemption. The loyalty dollar credit can be redeemed on your next purchase for selected range of products both online and in-store.
The category of products that can be paid using loyalty credit on this website will be marked with a sign and/or description ‘loyalty items’. Currently, the product category on which the loyalty credit can be used against are ‘Household Essentials’, ‘Baby’, ‘Cosmetic & Personal Care’, and ‘Supplement’.
We reserve the right to change the range of products on which the loyalty credit can be used against from time to time.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
We take security very seriously so that you can purchase products from us in complete confidence. Your communication with our server is secured using 256 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Technology where your browser supports it. This means that your card details are encrypted when you transmit them to us.
We do not store credit card information on our web server.

We will refund the full amount for any products that have not met our promise, so please don’t hesitate to contact us. The only thing we request is that our customers advise us within 14 days of purchase.
We reserve the right to cancel orders found to be fraudulent. Promotional offers are limited for use according to its terms and conditions and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
Quality issues with perishables resulting to refund or replacement needs to be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
The minimum purchase amount for each pick-up order is $55 GST included
Your order will be ready for collection at the selected time slot that you choose on the checkout page. If you require an earlier collection, please call us immediately at (02)85413899 to discuss alternative arrangement.
If you do not collect your order within the booked collection window then the order will be cancelled and we may charge you a cancellation fee of $25. We will endeavour to contact you before we process the cancellation.
After you have completed your transaction, you will receive a confirmation email from us. You will need to show this email for collecting your order. We may also require a valid photographic identification of the person collecting your order.
You acknowledge that we may record the details of any identification provided in relation to the order collection.
