    1. How to join your loyalty reward program? How does it work?

    Joining our loyalty program is easy and free of charge. When you sign up online, we will automatically register you into our loyalty program if you have not done it prior. On ‘My Account’ you can see your loyalty membership number and the barcode that we can scan whenever you decide to do in-store shopping.

    With our loyalty reward program, you would receive 10% of your total purchase back as a loyalty dollar credit that you can use on your next purchase for selected range of products both online and in-store. The category of products that can be paid using loyalty credit on this website will be marked with a sign and/or description ‘loyalty items’. Currently, the product category on which the loyalty credit can be used against are ‘Household Essentials’, ‘Baby’, ‘Cosmetic & Personal Care’, and ‘Supplement’.

    Please note that loyalty credit redemption or gift voucher redemption is not considered as part of ‘purchase’. This means that, for example, if you purchase a product and pay 20% of the product value using your loyalty dollar, and pay the rest with your cash, debit/credit card, then you would still get 10% back out of the 80% of the product value.

    2. Is Click & Collect available at both stores? Do you offer home delivery?

    Yes, the click & collect is now available at both stores!

    And, yes, we now do home delivery as well in the local area of each store! Please check our T&C page for the terms & conditions. Details of our home delivery areas are as follows:

    All delivery orders to Western Sydney address selected for any other delivery day will be automatically reallocated to the next Tuesday or Friday, whichever is closest.     3. Where can we park or stop to collect our order?

    For Enmore parking, there are plenty of off-street parking space down the road at Marian St, Simmons St, or Metropolitan Rd. Alternatively, there is also a carpark at the corner of Edgeware Rd & Enmore Ln. Please kindly observe the parking signs.

    For a quick pick-up, you can actually utilise the part of Marian St next to our store (entry via Enmore Rd). You can stop at the left side of the street, which is a no-parking zone, and please do not leave your car. Please just call us and we will bring your shopping bags to you.

    For Cammeray store, customer parking is available at the basement. Entry is via Abbott Lane at the back of the building.

    Also, if you have any late addition to your order, we can also bring it to your car and complete the transaction using our mobile EFTPOS.

    4. Are the items offered online exactly the same with what you offer in store?

    We currently upload around 35-40% of our total store items onto the online store. In other words, we surely have more things in store. If you cannot find your favourite product online, please just give us a call or email, as it is very likely that we can still get it for you, either by adding it into our online offer or putting aside as a separate transaction to be completed when you come to collect the order.

    Even if a particular product is not in our range yet, we would be happy to check it out and see whether we can bring it in. For fresh produce item, we would require it to be certified organic, while for grocery item, we prefer it to be at least made with organic ingredients.
